One thing I found out. It works better for me without the thing at the bottom. I took it off and could feel the vibration better and could feel when it stopped.

This works for tightening. It also works for preventing and dealing with an infection. I am wondering how many 10 minute sessions in a row are safe to repeat. The lasers do get warm when used. Is it possible to damage tender tissues inside?

WOW!!! If I could post my before and after photos, I would. I’ve delivered two kids vaginally, and last year I turned 40.
