Replacement Clips

The clips were well packaged and came in good condition. The shipping time was considerable for the item being 15 days until delivery.

Hello Bryn, I am not sure why they took so long. Sometimes the Post Office has delays. We sent the order first class and usually mail it within 1-3 days of placing the order. CES MAX Replacement Earclips

I love my CES device but the ear clips only last about as long as a full charge. I've bought at least 5 replacements in the last year. I keep hoping the next pair will last but they never do. I wish there was a way the product could be improved.

Product is very low quality

I've had to replace these Earclips several times already, about every six months.

The warranty on the earclips is 90 days as they are a more consumable product. The CES unit itself is 1 year. Depending on the amount of CES usage and handling of the wires, will result in how long they last. We recommend loosely wrapping the wire around the unit when not in use to protect the cable, and also not to wear them in bed where you can fall asleep and roll over the cable and crush the wire. We have had many customers who have had their unit for years with no issues, so it really depends on usage.

Ear clips don’t last can’t count how many I purchased

They can be delicate, but if you wrap the cord loosely around the unit when not in use or don't sleep with the unit (it is meant to be used 1-3 hours BEFORE bedtime, not in bed) then they last for quite a long time. These suggestions may help you get longer use with your earclips.
