All Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, product must be in new condition with original packaging. Not torn, worn or damaged, and with all components included. See below for shipping information.

 

SPECIAL NOTE FOR RETURN RMA

Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s) and that all materials are there. Attachment size must be under 2MB. If this is not done product may be reused upon arrival.

Initial shipping charges may be deducted from total refund price, if initial shipping expense was paid by ZOS.

In case of a manufacture defect: we require photo or video evidence of problem, to issue a replacement. Items that are abused, broken or destroyed, will not be accepted. 

If item is not in new condition there will be a minimum 10%+ restocking fee, depending on condition of the return.

We believe in our SHEETS so much that we offer a 30 Day guarantee. If you experience a quality issue, we’ll be happy to exchange them for you.

You will be responsible to pay the return shipping if there is no quality issue.

 

CES DEVICE- 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Minimum of 2 weeks of use before eligible for return.

Must Contact us for return authorization, or return will be refused- See details below.

A lot of issues have been overcome with our help and guidance. We are here to help you succeed and get the results you want. 

Our CES MAX and CES Atang have 30-Day Money Back guarantee, so you may return it if you are not satisfied with the results.

2. If this is not done product may be refused upon arrival or a higher re-stocking fee will be assessed.

Initial shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee of original price will apply to the return.

If the item is not is good condition upon returning, a higher restocking fee may apply or item may be refused and returned back to you.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Product must be in new condition with original packaging.
  • Not torn, worn or damaged, and with all components included, including;
    • owners manual, USB charger plug AND charging cable, water bottle (CES MAX), any left over silicone or felt pads, any and all packaging including foam and original box and any left over pads. 

You are responsible to pay for return shipping charges.

Please place product packaging box in a separate shipping box or bag when returning, don't use the original packaging box as the shipping container. Thank you!

Include a copy of order form or note of name or order number with return.

The CES Atang has a 30 day manufacture warranty and the CES MAX has a 1 year manufacture warranty.

 

SUPPLEMENTS RETURN POLICY

We promise we won’t take it personally ;o), but if you for some reason are unhappy with your product (vitamins & supplements) we'll refund your first bottle in full.

No return necessary!

The only thing we ask for is that you'll let us know within 30 days from purchase.

Just send us an e-mail at support@zenofsleep.com and a refund will be made to your credit card. 


RETURN EXEMPTIONS
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, if not listed above... Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are used personally, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Vaginal Laser: 

    We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened Vaginal Lasers. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.

    If opened, only defective Lasers will be accepted for exchange.

  • Sauna Blankets: We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened Sauna Blankets. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.

    If opened, only defective Blankets will be accepted for exchange.

  • Some health and personal care items


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)
Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your unused product to: 310 South 200 East or PO Box 300473; Glenwood, Utah US 84730

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@zenofsleep.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@zenofsleep.com and send your item to: 310 S 200 E, PO Box 300473, Glenwood, Utah US 84730.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
