These pads are great, I use the alpha stim machine every night. With these, I can keep the pads replaced and fresh and clean, since they do get wet when I apply water every time I use them to help the electricity flow.
My alpha stim device is a game/changer. It actually puts me to sleep, and I have slept thru the night or only woken up once (compared to very choppy sleep onset and duration) since doing it before bed. I also use it during meditation. I love it.

I didn’t fit everything into my first comment so here’s more lol for reference I had 3 births 2 vaginally and one c section. I was doinga ton of kegels and noticed 10000x more difference when I added this and have slowed down on my kegels as lifes been busy but this device alone has done so much more than kegels ever did.
My partner has a hard time cuming from ****, he blames his SSRI. He has been cuming so quick. A fun tio is to use it about 20 min before you have **** and it just makes it feel so much better. However even after the entire day it still feels tighter.
