Zen Sleep mini 3 actually worked for me. I was afraid to use it because the earlier models were to strong. This mini 3 is just right if you struggle with sleep due to your nervous/vagus nerve condition. I almost became a junkie of this product after a week of use. In a month the Veterans Administration PT will give me an Alpha Stim. I will give my honest comparison of this mini 3 with my alpha Stim.

I have used the Alpha Stim in the past and this one feels just like it! It works for my insomnia and anxiety. I use the clips on the earlobe and also sometimes on the tragus for vagus nerve stimulation and both work very well. No extra pads needed either! It feels like a very solid and well built unit.
I love this unit, it has helped me so much! And for over half less than Alpha Stim! Highly recommend.
My anxiety insomnia depression and mood swings is getting better i only have 1 week using it... I have ocd and hypersexuality Also but i understand i gotta take it one day at a time for everything to get healed with the device. but works from my experience i recommend it

I have been wearing this daily for 4 weeks. So far, my sleep has not improved; but I have had this issue a while, so I am hoping it's just taking a bit longer for me.. I am sympathetic dominant, and am hoping this helps with that too. Sleep is my number 1, as I cannot heal without sleep and I now have chronic illnesses. I will say that when I have a headache from lack of sleep, if I wear it, it cuts my headache a bit. I am working up to a higher intensity. There are no instructions so I doing this trial and error. I hope it works for me. I see most people report seeing a difference in a week or so; that is not my experience. I am hoping that things will turn around soon.

I know it can work for you and you may want to try some herbs and foods to help your insomnia in a more wholistic way.
