Love the Lube

My original purchase was wand with ReJuve Lube; already left comment on wand. I thought about using another lube with the wand after I ran out of Rejuve Lube; but, pretty sure nothing would work as good. You don't need a lot with the wand to get a good coating on the inside vaginal walls. I use the wand (turned off) in the morning and night with lube to lubricate vag walls to include outside area; works great, relieves annoying scratchiness and lack of moisture. I'm still on the first bottle after months of using frequently with wand; just purchased two more bottles to ensure there was no break in my schedule. The lube keeps the urethra area moist and I'm experiencing low to no incontinence. After morning shower I lube interior with ReJuve and place organic coconut oil externally; I keep small container of coconut oil by toilet and dab it on throughout the day to maintain comfort. Rejuve has made a big difference in my daily comfort.

Too early to tell.

I'm not really experiencing better sleep yet. I do feel less anxiety throughout the day. I'm only at power three for thirty minutes.

I was having a variety of female problems to include incontinence and painful sex. I worked with my doctor with several different strategies and purchased an array of items proclaiming to fix the atrophy. Long story short, I received the laser wand and started with ten minutes a day on the internal vagina, I immediately felt a soothing relief by correcting the lack of circulation. A couple weeks later I started using twenty minutes a day, ten on the vagina and ten on the external labia; this started correcting the incontinence. I also noticed more plump external tissue which seemed to 'seal' the urethra and vagina from being exposed to dry air. A couple weeks later, I started with thirty minutes which allowed ten minutes more to treat the external pubic hair area of the vagina; this helped even more with the incontinence. Now I maintenance with thirty minutes every third day along with using the wand (turned off) and lube am/pm to coat the internal vagina with oil. Little to no incontinence. Sex is not as painful but still a work in progress that I'm confident will eventually correct with healthy tissue down there.

But be careful about diving right in. If you suffer from poor vagal tone, 20 minutes of stimulation twice a day will throw you into some serious healing reactions or physiological backlash. Use it like herbals or any ACM technique, test it with a very small dose, then increase slowly till you get an effect. You can monitor HRV baseline (nighttime) values (I wear an Oura ring) to watch the effects of your tcVNS grow over time. When baseline HRV oscillates, you are overdoing it, and the amplitude is proportional to the misery it will give you, nausea, diarrhea, headache, mental upset, etc.
