Can the set of green clips for the CES Max fit & work for the CES MAX 2?

Have been using it daily over the past few weeks. My sleep has improved. Now not taking so long to fall asleep and found if I wake up and have trouble getting back to sleep, if I put device on will fall back asleep quicker and not uncomfortable sleeping with attachments on my ears.

I could not tolerate more than a very low intensity and anytime I tried to turn it up, it was too uncomfortable. The electrode pads did not stick well at all, kept falling off. And the instruction manual was poorly written and the print way too small. I had high hopes for this unit, as I’ve used other units in the past

But be careful about diving right in. If you suffer from poor vagal tone, 20 minutes of stimulation twice a day will throw you into some serious healing reactions or physiological backlash. Use it like herbals or any ACM technique, test it with a very small dose, then increase slowly till you get an effect. You can monitor HRV baseline (nighttime) values (I wear an Oura ring) to watch the effects of your tcVNS grow over time. When baseline HRV oscillates, you are overdoing it, and the amplitude is proportional to the misery it will give you, nausea, diarrhea, headache, mental upset, etc.

I think the Zen of Sleep tens unit might be the Fountain of Youth. I’ve used it daily for about two months. As a senior, movement is crucial. My muscles do not ache, I have no stiffness in my back or anywhere else. If I do strain myself, my body and my muscles reset themselves. I am agile. My tone is as good as if I was on an exercise program, which I am not.

My peripheral neuropathy has receded to a slight numbness on one toe of each foot, only for a while at night. My Intestinal issues have greatly receded. I eliminated one blood pressure pill. I am relaxed, serene, and cheerful. (I was not anxious or depressed before using the device.) I believe I am functioning at least ten years below my chronological age.

I am using it for vagal nerve stimulation. I attach the left clip to my vagal lobe and the left clip to my ear lobe. The setting is 2 for the wavelength and 3 for the intensity. Experimenting with different settings would be interesting. Kelle is extremely helpful.

Without studies, or eliminating other things I do for health, I can’t prove the results are from use of the tens unit. However, I highly recommend this product. I recommend it especially for those who have aches and pains that have not responded to treatment. At the least it is benign, and relaxing. If it is the reason I am so agile, it might indeed be the Fountain of Youth.

I’ve been using the CES Max 2 just a few weeks, therefore, it’s a bit early to say what it’s doing because the effects are cumulative. However, I can say it’s easy to use and I definitely feel the electrical pulse. I use it without the pads because the pads slide around to much. It’s not uncomfortable to use without the pads. I’m very happy with my purchase.
