How much does shipping cost?

All our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same thing.

We have $4.95 flat rate shipping. Orders over $50 qualify for FREE Shipping.

If you buy a number items which are mixed between the FREE items and paid items the same above principles apply.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase or by clicking the Track Order tab. You can also contact us directly at support@zenofsleep.com to check the status of your order.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 1-2 days. Below are the expected delivery times.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

How long does delivery take?

Most items are US shipped, and will take 3-7 business days. Due to high demand of some products, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Do you deliver products internationally?

Zen of Sleep successfully ships A LOT of merchandise worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!

Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our merchandise is available to everyone.


This is due to the website charging in USD. PLEASE NOTE: While the prices may display in your local currency you will be charged in USD.

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. 

How secure is my personal information?

Zen of Sleep adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.


Did My Order Go Through? I Didn't Get A Confirmation Email.


 If you did not receive a confirmation email with an order number, then either you entered the incorrect email address when placing the order, or your order did not process in our system. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

 You have up to 5 minutes to cancel your order from the time your order is completed. Please contact us at support@zenofsleep.com and clearly provide your name, email address and order number. If you cancel your order, it may take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.
*All legitimate cancellations are subject to a $5.00 administration charge.

Can I Retroactively Add A Discount Code?

All discount codes must be applied during checkout, we cannot retroactively apply. 

Do You Have Tracking On Your Shipments?

YES we do!! We offer tracking on all shipments. Please allow a maximum of 7 days for your tracking number to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation via email.*if you haven't received your tracking information 7 days after ordering, please send us an email and we'll send it to you as soon as we can!

Please allow for 1 week for shipping and in very rare instances 1-3 weeks if the order in intercontinental or for Chinese New Year (as deliveries start in our distribution hub in China). During the Chinese New Year, deliveries could take up to 8 weeks. 

Can I Pay For Expedited Shipping?

Sadly we do not have an expedited shipping option for you currently. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We plan to in the future, so please check back with us soon.

What Do I Do If I Received A Damaged Item?


Please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the defective item by emailing us at support@zenofsleep.com for a replacement or for Zen of Sleep Credit.
