If you are looking for a routine that has some gentle stretches as well and some breathing and relaxing yoga moves my Stretch and Breathe routine may be a better fit for you. You have options!! 

 WHEN TO DO THE ROUTINE

You can really do the routine anytime during the day and get benefits, but I like to do it either before bed or after I'm done working for the day to release stress and stretch out my neck and shoulders after being on the computer all day. Sometimes I get too tired before bed and won't do it, so the usual best time for me is right after work. Do what works best for you! Even if it's first thing in the morning or right after exercise.
