Feeling tight but confused ??

So I HAVE been using this wand for a few weeks now and I must say I do feel it working feel the tightness when I even urine! But I am curious how should I use it on the vulva area for results there?? Looking to u know how them tighter 🤣🤣 also the clear shield on or off ??

Ladies….
WOW!!! If I could post my before and after photos, I would. I’ve delivered two kids vaginally, and last year I turned 40.
I was about to get a $9,000 vaginoplasty to address some laxity and a stretched outer appearance, but now I don’t have to.
I have used it for 6 weeks. For the first month, I used it daily for 20 minutes on the inside and 10 minutes on the vulva and perineum. (The wand is long enough to reach both at once if you just hold it in place.)

Sleeping is improving

Have been using it daily over the past few weeks. My sleep has improved. Now not taking so long to fall asleep and found if I wake up and have trouble getting back to sleep, if I put device on will fall back asleep quicker and not uncomfortable sleeping with attachments on my ears.

These are great for incontinence!!!!

I am 55 and have been using these videos and they have really strengthened my pelvic floor and my urge to urinate has gotten soooooo much better! I used to get up twice a night to go pee and now I only need to go once! So I sleep better now not having to get up so often. Plus I have a lot more sensitivity down there if you know what I mean... much better intimacy with my husband!! ;)

Too cute!! Very soft and comfortable. I wear it for my Yoga class.

I love my Harvey t-shirt! The fabric is light and soft. I usually wear a large, but since these are unisex size I got a medium. It fits great. These are a tighter fit, so if you want it looser, don't order a size down if you are a woman.
