How To Use
- Step1: Turn on the 650nm laser light to repair vaginal mucosa, use light therapy for 10 minutes. Auto shut off.
- Step2: Turn on Massage & Vibration therapy. Massage timer shuts off after 10 minutes.
- Treatment Frequency: 2~3 times per week, and in severe situations you can double the frequency to 4-6 times per week or even twice a day.
- 1 Time setting of 10 minutes, but can be restarted for longer treatment time.
NOTE: The treatment works better if you use both light and massage simultaneously, the curative effect is better.

How to Operate the Device

- 2) Short press the ON/OFF key , the laser will stop output.
- 3) Press on massage button once for low and a second time for high; to add massage to treatment.
- 4) Clean treatment head after use, using alcohol on a cotton ball or mild soap on a cloth Or the Norwex cloth for cleaning and disinfecting without chemicals!!

I bought this to help reduce my stress incontinence. I am 43 with 3 children (vaginal deliveries) and have had increased leaking with coughing, sneezing, and exercise. Peeing while doing any road race was getting super annoying. I used it very regularly 2x/day 20-30 minutes each for the first couple weeks, then daily for another couple weeks, and now several times a week for 20-30 minutes each time. It’s been 7 weeks and I’m definitely a believer in its efficacy. Over a week ago I completed a 10 mile walk/run never leaking once. I cough/sneeze without leaking now. WOW!!! If I could post my before and after photos, I would. I’ve delivered two kids vaginally, and last year I turned 40.
