Operation Manual:

1. Unfold the sauna blanket and connect two wires with the output of the modem;

2. Lie on the blanket and start the operation;

3. Turn on the power and turn on the switch;

4. Press the button to set, select the time option and set the working time of the machine;

5. Press the set key, when temperature 1 flashes, press the up and down keys to set the output temperature of OUTPUT 1. After the machine is set, the setting can be automatically saved;

6. Press the set button again, when the temperature 2 flashes, press the up and down buttons to set the output temperature of OUTPUT 2. The setting can be automatically saved after setting the machine;

7. After setting the working time and output temperature, please press the "S / P" button to start the machine;

8. After use, please turn off the machine and cut off the power supply;

9. Clean the blanket- wipe down with lightly moistened cloth, and put it in a dry place.

Notes For Optimal Use:

1. Turn on the blanket and machine and preheat them for 5 minutes before entering. (The blanket can be laid flat during the preheating process) If your body is cold, you can adjust the temperature appropriately and lie down and steam for 45-60 minutes.

2. When using, it is recommended to wear thin cotton pajamas or bathing suit, and have towels on hand to absorb sweat. Folding is strictly prohibited during the heating process, and the blanket can be folded at will after cooling.

3. During the sweating process, you can have more water. Do not take a cold shower, catch cold or drink cold drinks within two hours of use. Reminder: Rainy days, when the humidity is heavy, so use less water.

Helpful Tips:

• Start gradually at 100 Degrees F for 10 minutes and work your way up
• If you are dizzy after, you may have sweated out nutrients, so increase Magnesium, Zinc and Calcium that can be lost through sweating.
• Blood Vessel Dilator supplements such as Niacin and/or Ginkgo Biloba and plant based enzymes such as Bromelain from pineapple can help you body release toxins.
• Due treatment on an empty stomach
• You can exercise or dry brush before you sauna to maximize the benefits of the sauna.
• Operate between 110-150 Deg. F
